It's not often I get a chance to work on the development of a project all the way through the production. But on this one I did! These designs are from a Christmas special I did last summer " The Magic Hockey Skates". The Top image is a few of the directions the design could have went and the following images are some rough sketches and final turnarounds.

I remember seeing an ad for this Christmas Special on CBC and thinking "these designs are amazing" - I should have known it was you! Incredible, inspirational stuff man...I love it!!!

Really nice work!
Not sure if you worked on Iron Giant but main character strangely resemble to main boy character from iron giant that is brought up to flash animation...Also proportions are completely like Jacob Two Two.Not to mention whole movie title sounded like episode of Jacob:"Jacob Two-Two and the Super Special Skates" vs the Christmas "The Magic Hockey Skates"...Do not get me wrong but whole movie looked like I have already seen somewhere.
